Payment Policy

In order to offer the highest quality services that you and your horse deserve, OCEC requires payment at time of service. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. For those clients who cannot be present at the time of service, we will maintain a secure credit card authorization on file that can be processed and a receipt sent along with the invoice. An additional payment option is Care Credit®. Care Credit® is an outside company that will extend a line of credit for veterinary services. A short application can be filled out online prior to your appointment.

New Client

OCEC gladly accepts new clients throughout the year. Whether you are new to the area or new to OCEC we are eager to fulfill your equine veterinary needs. Please call the office at 405-843-1099 to schedule an appointment or visit with one of our staff regarding the services we can offer you and your horse. Prior to your first appointment please take a few moments to complete a "new client information form".
