To simplify the contract, our fees are as follows:
Booking Fee:$1000 (Non-refundable or transferrable)
Pregnancy Fee/Completion Fee:$3500; This fee includes a $1000 mare deposit. If the recipient mare is returned to ETS you will receive a $700 credit or $500 refund.
Board Fee: $15.00/day this fee begins the day that the recipient mare receives her embryo and continues until your recipient mare departs from our facility.
Additional Medication Costs that vary per the needs of the recipient mare include the following:
1. Medication Fee: If the recipient is on Regumate that would be an additional $6.00/day.
2. Progesterone Assay Fee: $45.00; this lab work is to test the progesterone level
3. Bio-Release Injection Fee: $43.00; this is required only if the progesterone assay reflects a low progesterone level in the recipient mare. Given every 7 days if necessary
These above fees comprise the total fees for the ETS contract for the use of one of our recipient mares.
A signed contract is required for each recipient mare, along with the booking fee. These are both due prior to the flushing of your donor mare. Please no exceptions to this requirement.
